Nonfiction: Your query letter, bio, book proposal, and first three chapters.

Fiction: A brief synopsis, your bio, and the first 10 pages of your manuscript.

I'm an associate agent under Laura Strachan, who founded Strachan Literary Agency in 1998. I'm currently seeking to champion new talent who create memorable characters with unforgettable words, and I have a soft spot for writers in marginalized communities and persons with disabilities or chronic illness.

I am particularly interested in finding nonfiction authors, though I do take on a limited amount of fiction.

Nonfiction interests: Memoir, narrative nonfiction, investigative journalism, platform-driven nonfiction, diet and health, Christian spirituality, inspirational, food and cookbooks, self-help, advice, and humor.

Fiction interests: Adult fiction (commercial women’s fiction, upmarket fiction, apocalyptic, thrillers, fantasy) and upper YA.
I am not seeking historical romance, erotica, or poetry.
